Johnny Rogers

My name is Johnny Rogers.  This web site was created in order to present what the Bible may be telling us about God's covenant with Abraham.  What was previously presented in several short papers on this site has been expanded and rewritten into one short book titled - “GOD’S EVERLASTING COVENANT WITH ABRAHAM”.

That book is now presented in, “THE COVENANT I”.

Several papers are included in the other locations which further explain some of the important details of God’s covenant with Abraham.

On the left-hand side of this home page you will find a place where you can “click here” to contact me by email if you have questions or comments.  If that does not work for your operating system my email address is, “

I have attempted to be as correct as possible in the book and papers presented here but I am certain that there are changes and corrections that would improved what is presented.  If you see something that could be better written or that needs correction, please email your comments to me.

There are no restrictions on your use of this material for religious purposes (Within reasonable limits) and there is no need to ask for my permission to use it.

I am a retired Mechanical Engineer who is past the age of seventy-five.  I have been a Christian for more than sixty-five years but before that, my mother made sure that I was in church every Sunday from the time I could walk.

Somewhere in my forties I began to realize that my dedication to God and His word was not what it should have been and so I began to immerse myself in the scriptures.  Over the last fifteen years, my study time has increased because of my retirement from active work and with the internet Bible search engines now available my time spent in the scriptures has been more effective.

As you read the book and papers presented on this site you will notice that I have shown quoted scripture in red letters.  Unlike "red letter" Bibles that only show the gospel words of Jesus in red I have shown all scripture in red because all scripture is Jesus speaking.

Remember, John 1:1-14 tells us that He was the Word and the Creator from the beginning and how the Word became flesh and dwelt among us.

Thanks for visiting my web site -
